Check out a Dollar Store, they are all over the place and sometimes get stuff like that in. You could also go to a Costco or a Sam's Club, they have large quantity of socks packed in bags, like 6 or 8 pair for one price. You could purchase several packages and have A LOT of socks.

You could probablly go to a Beauty Supply Store and purchase them for $1.00, they normal have all kinds or pretty and funky prints!!
