When I took a look at my house appraisal report, there are three different garage type. Attached, dettached and built-in. I know what is attached and dettached, but I do not know how different between attached and built-in. Can anyone help me to get the correct answer?

A built-in garage shares a common roof with the home. An attached garage is really an independent structure (usually on a slab) even though the home has a basement and is either connected at the same time as the home is built or at a later date. When connected later, the connection usually is some sort of breezeway which allows a homeower to enter the garage without exposure to the weather.

An attached garage is attached at the end of a house or in front and has a lower roof line than the house. A built in garage usually is part of the house and has a room above all of which are part of the house structure.

In addition to the previous answers, I also select marking a 'built-in' garage on my appraisal reports as one that has been completely walled, usually with drywall. So it is more like a finished garage that could be used more economically than a garage with studs exposed.
