The average woman ovulates 14-16 days after her period begins. You can be sure by purchasing an ovulation kit and following the directions on the box. Good luck :)

Ovulation is different for different bodies. It sounds like you are irregular so I would get one of those kits. Most women(now this is gross) have a mucus looking discharge at the height of ovulation. That's really the only way to tell physically without counting days and monitoring temperature.

It is NOT true that the average woman Ovulates 14 days after her period! Some woman ovulate 10 days after or 18 days after or not at all. Charting your body temp is the most accurate and cheapest way to know when and if you ovulate. Go to www.fertiityfriend.com and set up you chart you take your temp enter it into the site and it shows you what you have it even shows you when and if you have ovulated, it tells you when to test ect ect.
