I have black eyes and I'm not so sure I like them. Their pure black.Should I try colored contact lenses ? By the way I have no problem with my eyes I see fine. I just want to change the color.

try them out. i can tell you thatr for the contact to cover black eyes they are going to have to be pretty dark colored. in other words the girl with the blue eyes that you want eyes like hers., forget about it. your blue wll be a stronger look. it will not be a natural color. To be honest, none of the contacts that I looked at when i was considering it that changed the color of eyes looked natural. If you have black eyes you might want to try the green. i dont think the rest witll be strong enough to overcome eyes. then again they might work better. GO to opthamologist and try on some.

Contact lens don't mess up your eyes if u talk care of them and have solution to keep them clean. Black eyes are very pretty but sometimes people want a change in life.

I have dark brown eyes and for a long time I wished I had green eyes.I eventually realized that wishing for something that could'nt be was a waste of time and learned to appreciate what I had, as for colored contacts,at best it'd be a waste of money if they didn't work and at worst they could " break something that isn't broken".

I wonder if colored contacts would even work on black eyes?
Not sure if you have, but I think some cool light irredescent colored eyeshados would rock with black eyes...

i guess its just your preferance what color you like best. you might have a little trouble getting a color to show up if you have black-black eyes but i think if you got like a green or something it would look really cool :)

I have dark brown eyes and I love 'em. If u don't need lenses don't wear 'em they damage ur eyes.

what? i have pure dark eyes well my whole family does and i love them. but what sucks about it is that people stare at them and always tell me. i love mine because their different. Very few people have them you should be lucky you do. everybody wants blue, green, or hazel but black is the best.........trust me.....
