nothing, its has a certain taste, most women dont like it some can shallow, its salty, really bad, gives ur taste numness, just spite, drinking sperm actually has some vitamins and calories in it, but dont drink just awful taste no side effects

the stomach acid will cause the sperm to mutate, and grow in your stomach, then it will enter your blood stream and eat anything that gets in its way.
It will continue to grow until it burst through your veins, eventually making its way through your skin, killing you. Then it will crawl to the closest body of water it can sense, and impregnate a whale. The whale will give birth to a mutant man-whale, which will come back and seek revenge against humanity for being created the way it was.
