Tommy Hillfiger has a store on Sloane Street near Harvey Nicholls, also I think Ralph Lauren is there somewhere.
if not try the big department stores, Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey nicks or john Lewis.

There's a fantastic Ralph Lauren store at 1 Bond Street London.
Preppy classic tailored clothes in beautiful fabrics and quality with classic Ralph Lauren logo. American and English styling.
Don't know much about Tommy clothes - more trendy/fashion conscious than Ralph Lauren.
