My gran-gran always made me take off my underwear before I went to sleep. Please no rude comments.

Underwear traps moisture. Moisture is a breeding ground for bacteria. Gran-gran was right. Let you lower parts get some air when you sleep. (I am a gran-gran too).

Your gran-gran was right. Underwear locks in moisture, and moisture is a breeding ground for bacteria, especially ones that cause yeast infections. So follow your gran-gran's advice and don't wear underwear to bed.

Great advice from gran gran. Your body needs to breath. and since it is dark and moist in that area it is the perfect place for bacteria. so without underwear is best. if you must wear underwear, plain cotton panties are best.

Many women have problems with yeast infections - part of this can be caused by tight garments trapping moisture. Not wearing undergarments to bed, and instead wearing just loose pyjama pants, can help prevent this.

You don't have to wear underwear to sleep. You're just going to sleep. Plus, going commando while sleeping is actually good for you. It provides better airflow and actually reduces discharge.

I always take my underwear off before going to bed & my children all do to.I think it's far healthier & i think your body needs to breath at night.(if that makes sense)

my grandma did to. You can do what you want. But you should always wear 100% cotton underwear.

It is best to let your nether region get some air when you sleep, like gran-gran said.
