How many holiday cards should go out to a client from a company when employees want to personalize them?

What should we do? One card with multiple messages? or many cards, one from each person?

One card from the company, have everyone sign.

Unless there is one or two persons with your company that has a more involved relationship with your client, i.e. their sales rep, your president and their president. Then a separate (and different!) card can be sent from one individual to another.
