The top of the bum cleveage (just inside, before the bum meets back) an itch that is unbearable until scratched but when scratched it feels like the second sex. Also in beetween the scrotum and anus. Thought it was just me but seems as quite a few guys i have spoke too have said they have experienced it too. What is that itch?

Dude, don't waste your time and money on a doctor. Try this first. I had the same exact thing. It is most probably jock itch. Use a jock itch cream or spray. And back that up with an anti-fungal powder. The powder I used is called Zeasorb AF. I think that is how it is spelled. Keep on the cream or spray for the amount of time it says. cover all affected areas. then use the Zeasorc AF for a month longer and it will be gone.

Good luck

The itch is from sweating in that area, (maybe from wearing certain jeans or underwear as well) and when you scratch you are scratching against tiny ligament thingys that make you feel funny.

Mate, go and get it checked out by a doctor or, better still,
STD clinic. Untreated bum problems become a real bummer.
Good luck!

There are fine hairs back there causing the itch. Shave that area.
