Dude, don't waste your time and money on a doctor. Try this first. I had the same exact thing. It is most probably jock itch. Use a jock itch cream or spray. And back that up with an anti-fungal powder. The powder I used is called Zeasorb AF. I think that is how it is spelled. Keep on the cream or spray for the amount of time it says. cover all affected areas. then use the Zeasorc AF for a month longer and it will be gone.

The itch is from sweating in that area, (maybe from wearing certain jeans or underwear as well) and when you scratch you are scratching against tiny ligament thingys that make you feel funny.

Mate, go and get it checked out by a doctor or, better still,
STD clinic. Untreated bum problems become a real bummer.

It could possibly be thrush cause that areas moist and damp and thrush is part of a fungal bacteria group.Thrush also itches

There are fine hairs back there causing the itch. Shave that area.

jock itch???? that is what you're descibing.......go to the doctor and they will give you some cream to put on it and it will go away...but wear lose clothing like boxers and not briefs.
