I do not feel he is a good candidate for President for numerous reasons. Nevertheless, the press, as they often do with liberals, is glorifying him. He has little track record and presents himself well. He has lots of ideas. So, he is not only a fresh new liberal face, but he is also a "teflon" candidate, at least for the time being.

Over the top awesome? Don't get me wrong, I support the guy, but he hasn't done anything yet, he's only given indications of what he'll do. He is polling as the 2nd most supported president-elect since polling was created, 5 or so decades, after Eisenhower, who was credited with winning WW2 when he came into office. But let's not give him too much credit. He hasn't done anything yet.

Great question! He's charismatic, but that's about it. He's a relative political newbie who has never sponsored any significant legislation, and he doesn't have anything really provocative or original to say in his public appearances. Personally, I think he'd be better running for the next anchor job at CBS instead of President.

He speaks well and has charisma. But thats all we know about him. I am not sure what he has actually done in his life or what his "career" was.
