First, you left out your age, so you are trying to manipulate the answer. Be fair.
Next, it's different for an ex-boyfriend or an ex-husband, which you again conveniently 'forgot' to mention.
Upon more that a superficial analysis of the issue, it seems YOU might be the problem here.
So get your act together, doofette.

If you are sure you ex is just that, then communicate it to him.
If your ex can take a gentle clear conversation, then use that.
If he cant use something a little more assertive, like a restraining order.
If he gets aggressive, you might really consider talking with an attorney.
It helps to treat him exactly like a child: tell him what he is doing wrong, tell him why its wrong, and tell him what the punishment is for doing wrong. When he tests that, be sure to be reliable and consistent.

Why do you care what your ex thinks? Tell your new 51 year old boy friend that your ex won't leave you alone. I am sure he will make sure that he doesn't bother you any more.

If moving is out of the question, file for a restraining order, but moving away would ultimately be the best solution, jealous stalker types can be dangerous...

depending on how old you are it depends.....if your ex is harassing you in any way...hit him with a restraining order. If he is just being stupid like calling you a whole bunch, change your number or just don't pay any attention to him at all.. if you are happy with this other guy then you shouldn't let your ex ruin things unless he is being potentialy harmful.....hope things work out..

and constantly make fun of him everytime you see him or whereever, with your 51 yr old boyfriend. do that until he cries and gets all emotional and this and that. then hell probably leave you alone. then make fun of him some more.
