say - Soooo,.....who are we gossiping/talking about?!?!?
embarrass them!

as its already happened, just leave it, dont let them think that it has bothered you otherwise it wilkl be a regular occurence!

smile and say thank you thank you...i know you love me...thats what i do....i rather them talk about me then to not talk about me...i'm very important.
