i think rooney is more hated. hated by every irish welsh and scottish person as well as any english people who don't support man utd. plus hated across the world due to being seen on the world stage a lot more than that **** bellamy. but persnaly i like rooney. tough bastard with top class skill

bit of a stupid question. Rooney is english and bellamy is welsh so if you ask the english public they will say bellamy where as if you ask the welsh they will say rooney. also liverpool fans will say rooney as they like to dream.
Bellamy is least popular in my opinion but i had no problem with him before he went to liverpool.

How on earth can you compare the two? Rooney is the greatest English player of his generation and Bellamy is a spoilt brat who is ignorant and selfish i will not even tell you who is more unpopular it is obvious.

bellamy is an obstinate little prick who can't play football for sh.it and always thought he deserved better. rooney has a temper but he compensates for it by being a world-class footballer. he's young, comes from a working class background and represents the future of english football. bellamy...whoah. typical scouse buy in many ways. years of mediocrity, has one good season and liverpool buy him. he's gone back to his old ways now, don't worry.
