What are the strongest weapons for each character and how do i get them?

oh another thing, where do you find all the undead bosses? (floating skulls that don't attack you unless you talk to them and are like super hard)

Actually, the strongest weapons are the Devil's Arms, acquired after the sidequest and killing Abyssion. Their power depends on how many people you killed with your character, so your main character will probably get this uber weapon that does 2000 damage per hit.

To my knowledge, you usually get the strongest weapons for each character for defeating the Meltokio Colosseum matches with each of them. There are two exceptions. The first one is Presea. Complete the Devil's arms side quest and get the Derris emblem and a man outside Presea's house should give it to you. The other exception is Lloyd. His strongest weapon is obtained by defeating the Skull Demon all three times.

Coming onto the Skull Demon, it is found in three locations. The first time, you'll find it in the Ossa Trail. It's in the underground section near where you first fought Sheena. During this fight, it has about 3333hp and uses the Spark wave spell. The second is in the Forbidden forest or whatever it's name was. It's the huge forest in Tethealla where you fight Regal. It has 88888hp and uses stronger spells such as Flame lance and Stalagmite. The third time is after you get the Derris Emblem. Head to the Iselia forest near Dirk's house after getting the Derris Emblem and it's here. Now it has 999999hp and has a huge variety of spells, some that are exclusive to it. Good luck in beating it. In all three forms, it has a light weaknesses, so spells and Light alligned weapons will be your best bets.
