unfortunately, if it's not "fat free/sugar free"...yes it is!
...and being a "chocoholic" is one of the reasons I'm on Weight Watchers now (and lost well over 71 lbs and only 3 lbs from goal now, thank you!).
but a lot of those fat free/sugar free puddings are really good!

All foods sold in the US are required to have a nutrition label on the package. Chocolate pudding can have fat depending on the kind of milk used to prepare it.

Anything that tastes that good is fattening. But who cares? Its the holidays....(Does pudding fall under the "green tea" or the "salad" category of your new diet?)
