A group of people can argue this, but as an only person good luck. If there is a bar near you, it means that your house is zoned for that environment. If everyone in the houses around you are equally frustrated, you can petition to have the bar removed or quieted.

Im guessing the bar was there when you moved in so you kinda knew it'd be playing loud music....apart from that it depends what its licensing hours are, what times its allowed to be open, and if it has a music license. If its got extended opening hours and music licence i dnt think theres much you can do...

you could call the police and ask them to get the bar to turn it down, or call the bi-law office and register a complaint. There is supposed to be sound proofing in bars. However, if the bar was there first, its doubtful anything will be done, since you were aware of the problem when you moved in.

those with the "It basically sounds sooo cool quite loud" are basically fooling themselves and attempting to justify their total loss of attention for others. If it sounds quite, quite cool at extremely extreme quantity, get yourselves some rattling headphones and blow your brains out for all I care. yet i don't ought to pay attention it from a mile away! i will pay attention my goofy associates coming from BLOCKS away. Being cool is what it boils right down to. Hell, they spend their total existence reductions from flippin' burgers to purchase the terrific sub-woofer on the city, and that they could desire to coach it off to justify the price. i'm getting a huge snigger while after some months of the noise, their autos rattle better than my previous pickup truck!
