Ok. My gf in the same boat. I'm 18, i just left school, she is 15, not legal and definately has afew years left at school.
Most people, like my annoying mum, see it as a major problem. She says I'm going to be going out to bars and pubs and clubs and my gf won't be allowed in to anywhere and she will have school.
I don't worry about that because I'm not the party animal type, i just love spending time with her when I can. She is extremely mature for her age and I for one don't want to make her loose out in anything, like loose marks at school, or have sex when she shouldn't.
She is young for "normal" standards but i just don't care, and neither does she, we have spoken about this question before and we realised that if we truely respect and care for each other then there is no problem at all, its a perfect match.

Probably better to let this one go...ask yourself this.
Why is he interested in a young one, can't he get someone his own age? Does he have "history" with young ones? Is he a pedophile?

Find someone your own age, older men are rarely as exciting as they first appear. Seek out someone who can better appreciate where you are coming from.
