No headache.
Just a complete body "icky" feeling. Someone suggested caffeine; carbonation or greezzeee food. But I can't seem to hold anything down; even this morning.

How does caffenie, carbonation and greese (not neccessarily mixed together) help with a hangover?

All those solutions are well methods to therapy hangovers. To hinder a grasp over earlier than you pass out make certain you drink tons of water. If I recognize I'm going to be getting under the influence of alcohol within the night time I will drink plenty of water via out the day. I regularly attempt to drink no less than 3 glasses of water earlier than I pass out. You will also wish to drink a tumbler or 2 of water on the finish of the night time. Excessive alcohol dehydrates your frame which explanations you to get a headache and suppose like crap. Plenty of water will hinder a hangover at any time when. A gatorade and a double cheese burger from McDonald's are regularly well for the following morning in the event you rather cannot kick it.

I know it seem heinous to drink more alcohol, but in my partying days I would have a nice big bloody mary to cure a hangover. Of course, you should eat something and drink plenty of water, too. The bloody mary really helped that sick feeling go away and it relaxed me enough to take a nap. And, the real healing is in getting some good sleep.

The cure all for a hangover is to drink a lot of water before you even start drinking. The "icky" body feeling is caused by dehydration...which drinking alcohol causes the dehydration. So before you drink alcohol, drink water, and drink more water when you wake up the next morning.

Honestly, I have yet to find anything that actually works completely. The best thing I have found to do is to drink a TON of water, take a vitamin B12, and go back to bed for a couple of hours. If you can't do this, then try a "Rockstar". It'll get you through the day at the very least and it's full of vitamins. Another thing that works? The cannabis. ;-p

I don't know why, but I swear by a Big Mac, fries and a big soda for a hangover. It works every time for me. But a better plan is to learn from your misery and keep the drinking to a minimum!

I find that drinking a lot of water helps. Or drinking a beer. Why does it feel like this question is set up for the answer with the link to a page that sells a product?
