Love is a feeling. Love is an emotion. You feel it for lovers, friends, family, other people. It is good. It revolves around trust, companionship, and it can be all-consuming. You think about this person regularly and you like them as a person. You trust them. You can't wait to be with them. They are not your enemy. They are on your side and you know this. There are different forms of love.
Friendship love. Romantic love. Sex love. Family love. Even entertainment love. Example: I love Prince or Janet Jackson, etc.
Love is a common emotion. It is healthy unless taken to the extreme becoming lust or obsession or dominance. It can change quickly into something worse, even hate. It is whimsical.
Love freely. Love is great. Hopefully you are loved.

Love is DEFINATLEY not based on "feelings" I beleive it is based on commitment. Working together constantly on trying to fulfill each others needs and trying to do so without being selfish about it. Love is definatley WORK, but well worth it if it is mutual.

Love is patient. Love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it is not rude, it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered,it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always preserves.
