They are all good schools. Cornell and UNC are pretty comparable in terms of their rankings (in the top 20 but not in the top ten). UT-Austin is ranked lower (not in the top 20).

Unless you want to get a job in Texas, you will get a better job by going to UNC or Cornell. I would narrow my choice to the two of them.

Since the schools are really comparable, I would decide on other factors.

Cornell:

Do you want to live in the middle of nowhere? How important is it to you to have an Ivy League degree? Do you want to end up in the Northeast? Do you like cold winters?

UNC:

Chapel Hill is a great place to live. Is college basketball important to you? Are you interested in living in the South? (Note -- UNC is not a bad place to go if you don't want to live in the South -- but is a great place if you do).

I turned down Cornell to get my MBA at Duke. But that is an easier choice than UNC. One reason I turned down Cornell is because I was an older student, and they admit more people with 0-2 years work experience than a lot of other schools.

The S.C. Johnson School of Management is the best out of those three. You would do well by getting a MBA from an Ivy League institution. Some prestigious job/position value an MBA from an Ivy League school or a prestigious private school.
