Why would you hate that job? It could be so fun. You make sure you stick your hand in a bag of ice just before you have to tell a guy to turn his head and cough. You should pick your nose publicly and often.

Even though this is apparently a joke question, I will give a serious answer.
I'm sure there are many doctors who hate their job. Many go into the field with high hopes, ideals and expectations and then find that the reality of being in practice does not meet those hopes, etc. But since they have incurred massive debt getting there and it is usually lucrative, it is not terribly smart to just dump it all and take up a new profession.
My uncle felt that direct patient contact was not his cup of tea and went into research, but even then he was happy to retire from the field after about 30 yrs, because, as he said, "Now when I close the office door, it stays closed. I don't take it home with me."

You don't have to be a doctor to deal with nuts all day long-try being a Receptionist. However, I agree with the other respondent. If you hate being a doctor, then you should find something else to do with your life, because I hate getting medical care from doctors who don't like what they do.

Define nuts. And as a patient, I go "nuts" dealing with docs. A doctor who lacks the ability to put himself in anothers shoes is not the kind of doc I want. I know it's hard to find a doc that is brilliant and compassionate at the same time. I think parents and patients have an obligation to help themselves as much as they are asking you for help too. I mean, be your own advocate and your children's too. My baby has IS and CP and is getting a g tube next month. I deal with docs daily for him. And for myself I deal weekly.

do you really hate it or do you get frustrated?
if you truly hate it then you should get out of the field. if you hate what you are doing then you are not going to do as good a job as someone who loves it or even likes to make money for that matter.
if you are frustrated then keep on venting, but be careful cause someone with malpractice idea will track you down.

Is this a sexual joke ('nuts' = testicles) or are you referring to crazy people as nuts? You really shouldn't be so vague, because it makes the joke harder to understand.
Keep reaching for the stars!
