Not legally. But you need DVD ripping software like DVD Shrink or DVD Decryptor.
However, with new encryptions coming out almost daily, you still may not be able to bypass the encryptions.

Legally, of course you cannot.
However, you can use DVDShrink 3.2 to compress a DVD that you have purchased onto your hard for your own personal viewing.
Do a search on DVDShrink 3.2.

dvd decrypter is the best program to use as it removes all copy protection that the disc will have, enabling you to do what you like with it.
could be difficult getting hold of the program now though as most sites refuse to host it.

It depends, many DVD's now have anti-piracy protections on them that protect them from being copied.
