Things to try:
Increase the display resolution. To do this, right-click on the desktop, choose Properties, go to Settings, and drag the Screen Resolution slider to the right. Click Apply. If a box appears asking you to confirm the change, click Yes.
If that does not fix the problem, click the Advanced button in the Settings box you were just in. Under General, make sure the DPI setting is "Normal size (96 DPI).
One of those two things ought to fix your problem.

Sounds like the screen resolution may be the problem...if you are on your desktop (the main screen) left click anywhere in the field and go to the properties. You should see a settings tab on the far right of the pop up window. In that field you should see a slide bar under screen resolution...it may be on 800 X 600 pixels, but if you slide it to the right it will increase the pixel size, depending on your monitor...mine is set at 1024 X 768 pixels...once you have done that then click apply and ok...

whats ur os is it windows xp or windows 98
any thing just go restart your computer and press f8 then go to safe mode
if it is windows xp it will ask about whether u r going to restore ur system to a previous dates status if u found any thing like that just restore it, or otherwise
simply uninstall and reinstall your vga card software or im online now if u permit me to help via the remote assistance i can help u
