Crankcase.

ADDED:
Sorry guy's it's the crank case.

As the piston moves toward the top of the combustion chamber, past the intake port, it creates a vacuum inside the crankcase and draws in the air\fuel mixture from the carburator.

After TDC (top dead center) and ignition from the spark plug, the piston is pushed downward.
At this point, the reed valve closes trapping the air\fuel mixture inside the crankcase slightly pressurizing it.

After the burned gas and air escapes through the exhaust port, the pressurized air in the crankcase is pushed into the combustion chamber thru the intake port.
