Sex isn't the only component of being a lesbian. If you still like to have sex with both males and females... but you will only be in long term relationships with women it makes more sense to call yourself a lesbian. But you really don't need a label either way.

I would think that it is not normal for a lesbian to like to have sex with men. Just as it is not normal for a man to say he is heterosexual, but enjoys having sex with men.
