I would check with your doctor. Some of the herbs in Sleep Time tea may not be recomended for consumption while you're pregnant.. I'm trying to steer away from all herbal teas until my baby's born.

Yes, there are no meds in it it is based on Camomile tea which is used for calming/relaxation.

yep, its caffine free. I drink it on those nights when I wake up about 1 am and cant go back to sleep.

no , i have a son he's 3 now and i always had a hard time falling asleep so i talked to my doctor and she said no
