I couldn't agree more with you. They should just promote Grantham. We need young blood in there. This old school crap isn't working, it's not working for many coaches. Look at Eric Mangini, Sean Payton, Marvin Lewis, Jeff Fischer, Mike Nolan. Sure not all of these guys have great teams, but the young blood is the way to go. Parcells is an exception to that rule. Even Gibbs is struggling.

He's won championships in the CFL and has a very good offensive mind. It is about time the an NFL team took a serious look at Wally.
Before you scoff at CFL coaches coming to the NFL...last time one took the reigns of an NFL team, as I recall, he took the Buffalo Bills to four straight AFC titles...
