shy friend, her friend gives her old leftover food becse my frnd doesnt know how to cook. she want to tell the frnd to stop giving her old left over food without offending her. please respond.

Just say no. She should go get cooking lessons. If she's shy she needs to learn to stop being shy and doing things on her own. It doesn't help that you are also doing her work for her by asking this question?

Your Friend is not shy, she had lake of confident, its better if you help her about her self confident, then she will be OK to say no for the wrong things.

just tell them that she does'nt want it . that will make her feel better and u to because u helped her. and thats what a true friend does is help the other friend. but maybe they were just playing.
