Excellent answers so far *esp Chris Walken and Hugh Laurie* but my fave was way way way way back when Tim Curry hosted and Meatloaf was the musical guest *keep in mind I'm a Rocky Horror Picture Show fanatic*

christopehr walken is great, so is steve martin, but to bring up a name of someone who hosted when the show was just starting out, i like buck henry. okay, i'd probably go 1) steve martin, 2) buck henry, 3) christopher walken, 4) alec baldwin, 5) christina aguilera (great voice)

Chris Walken is good but if you can get hold of some old episodes with Buck Henry hosting I swear he's the gold standard,God he was so made for that show

Christopher Walken is pretty good - The Continental... priceless!
Alec Baldwin's Schweaty Balls - nice, too!

I was wondering if they pay the host double if they host AND are the musical guest?
