It depends how old you are. If you are between the ages of 13-18, then it is possible your penis just happened to be growing at the same time you are dating a girl. Just a coincidence. If you are talking about an erection, well then you have a lot to learn :P

if your a teenager then thats normal that your penis grows, if it gets biger and smaller peridically (at certain times) then that's called an erection and like the guy above me says " youve got a lot to learn"
