How do i determine how long i have left to work as i am only allowed to work for a year. and I worked part time for the agency , maybe a few hours a week. When they calculate how long i have left to work will it be added from the day i joined the agency or will only the actual hours i worked afffect my visa.

What country are you in and from? Different strokes for different folks.

From the day you worked for the agency. It may be even worse - it may be from the day you enterd the country on that visa, and it doesn't matter to them whether or not you actually worked.

You haven't said what country you are in. I think it would be from when your visa was granted, it is your choice if you only choose to work part time.

There is probably a set number of hours (a full time job is 2080 hours / year), but possibly a max # of days as well. Their HR dept. should be able to tell you.
