The Lawrence vs. Texas supreme court descission did away with sodomy laws in all states, the only state that has discented from this descission has been Virginia. They continue to uphold their own state law in rejection of the US Supreme Court ruling. They somehow think they're above Federal Law.

In the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Title 18 Crimes Codes. There is a SS of it called VOLUNTARY DEVIATE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE. It states that sexual conduct per os or anus ( os meaning oral) is a misdemeanor of the second degree. The law is on the books but I don't recall this being charged unless it was attatched to a morals or corruption charge dealing with minors

It was. It is no longer Illegal anywhere in the United States according to the Supreme Court ruling in Lawrence VS Texas.

No clue, but I doubt that it's actually enforced. There are many laws that "made the books" early on that have not be enforced or repealed. I would suspect (and hope) that any laws about same sex "cohabitation" would fall into this category.

I think all the sodomy laws have been repealed.

It is against some antiquated laws in some states, and rarely if ever enforced.

Yes. I know that in New York it is against the law. But trying to prosecute it...never will happen.
