Around here, it means she's not skinny, but not too fat, just the right amount of fleshy curves.

Not all women are "thick". Even men can be "thick". In everyday relationships, when you speak to one another and communicate, the words must run smooth and clear one to another. If you are too late to respond, it means you are out in left field and not consentrating with whom you are talking. This is a bad habit and what happens is that the person you are talking to gets upset. Thus, you are considerd a "thick head". Don't be thick this way. Pay close attention when you speak to other people, give them your full attention and prefer them better than you at this time.
You will then feel a big fullfillment in yourself and will never hear the term "Thick" again.

Thick is a woman not being fat or skinny but may have nice size thighs and hips but may also have flat stomach, some people considered Beyonce thick at one point and time, she had those thighs,

When someone calls a person thick it usely means she has some meat on her bones. She has soild legs and a nice butt. A lot of times I have heard guys refer to a thick girl as also fine. A few thick girls that comes to mind is Beyouce (singer), Ashanti (singer), Mya (singer).

Unintelligent. Unless the connotation is clearly something like "thick around the middle."

Thick headed means it takes her a while to understand things. Not necessarily stupid, but a little slow due to emotions, anger, etc...

It means that she has weight in all the right places like a big booty, nice hips and/or thighs. It could be referring to her boobs.
Basically it's larger than a skinny girl but smaller than a fat girl.
A girl with curves and something to hold on to!!
I hope this helps

It does not mean that the person is fat. They do not look like an skinny stick or a fat huge person. They just have some weight on them to which you really couldn't guess there weight. I am think and not fat at all.....

Thick might be a polite way of saying "fat," unless you are talking about "thick-headed," which means stupid or obtuse.

Depends on what the view of the person who said it is. To me it means not too skinny and boney. A girl that has some meat on her and is warm and comfortable. More love to give.
