Does anyone know of a good program so i can monitor what sites are being visited and whos chatting and who there chatting with on my computer without them knowing while im gone?

All of the above are good ideas, but in today's tech savvy work world, employees and co-workers know how to clear these history devices.

However, most businesses already monitor use of the computer at work. So unless you are the boss, it's best not to install the software, because the company you work for will notice and possibly take action against you.

Honestly, you don't need anything special...Internet Explorer and Netscape both have "History" functions were you can see a comprhensive list of every site that you've visited in the past. Usually the record goes back about a month or so, if I remember right.

You can also just look in the cookies folder in your computer.
