ultimate frisbee - the rules are on the web
frisbee skills - distance, accuracy, throw that comes back closest to thrower (throw it up at an angle/into the wind)
tug-o-war
volleyball - adjust the net height as needed
water balloon toss - pairs toss a water balloon back and forth, stepping back 2-3 steps every time a successful toss is made, until all but 1 team is eliminated.
beach ball dodgeball - use beach balls with young, small kids to keep them from getting hurt. Give the balls to the kids afterwards as a reward.

we played catch the flag with water balloons that was a lot of fun but there is several ways to play it or a scavenger hunt is always fun.
