By the looks of your question (comment) I'm guessing you're a computer nerd. So look at it this way, when a new game comes out for your computer & you get it does that mean your computer was useless before? You need the game to make your computer interesting? No, it just creates more uses for it & makes it MORE interesting instead of interesting in general.

Nope. The real fans aren't as big on Fantasy actually. It is really hard to keep up a good fantasy team and worry about how your team is doing. Actually it is for the people who like Stats basically. Although you could argue it is how big the sport is that people sit and watch every team to see who can produce best for their fantasy team.

I would say that Fantasy football is for the more hardcore followers considering you have to keep up with all the stats and other sh!t that goes on...and it adds intrest to the season...but Football can stand alone without a Fantasy behind it...
