I don't use the changing things but the special bathrooms for families meant for the same reason are great to use in public places very clean usually no lines and the locks work so you don't have some jerk walk in as your doing your business
oh by the way I'm disabled in a wheelchair and the handicapped stalls are usually taken by fat people who take 20+ minutes when I try to use them sitting in the middle of a public bathroom waiting for someone to finish is not fun
