I was wondering could I just go to the store buy a waxing kit take it home and give my self a bikini wax? Is this safe and sufficent?

Yes you can. My friend does it to herself all the time. She even says it doesnt hurt! Maybe for her it doesnt. But it works.

You can but like everyone has said it is super painful...I suggest Nair for the bikini area, it doesn't burn or smell all that terrible and it only takes like 5 min.

You definitely can, but doing it yourself takes away the element of surprise and makes it hurt more because of the anticipation.
