It's my understanding that downloading music for free (unless you get it from an accredited site that specifically states it's free) is illegal as no one is getting royalties from the music.
Having said that I don't know of a site where you can just download music. My brother uses limewire. Myself, I use itunes. Pandora.com has an awesome set up to listen to music but no downloads.

You can listen music with windows media player from internet.. but u cant download it without a program first.. sorry... u gotte download limewire morpheus or ares!

I don't think thats possible!But sure the program only takes a few mins if even to download.....seriously limewire is the greatest!!

http://www.mp3000.net or go to http://www.oldversion.com and download ares galaxy towards the bottom, i know you said you didn't want to download a program, but its just as good as limewire and morpheus but it downloads in like half a minuet and it's easy to set up
