I think their biggest advantage is their sim card. If something happens to your phone, you can just put the sim card in a new phone. Plus, you can get a decent phone from T-Mobile for like $20. That's a whole lot less than most providers charge.

T-mobile is the best company for pre-paid phones, for accounts the cost of the add-on's and is really about the worst there is also if you have an account getting account help sucks. So for Pre-paid it is great because you can use there simm cards in almost any phone.

They suck, no signal at my house either, but I guess it would depend on where you live.

As for the SIM card argument someone made, all modern phones are using SIM cards, however, T-mobile brands their phones, so it's only usable with a T-mobile SIM card. (Other brands don't brand their phones, so you could use the SIM from another company in their phone)

They are cheap but their service is not too good. I love Verizon though people complain about the price, Im getting a discount now because I work for a corporation.

Better go for Verizon! Don't look just a fashionable phone-Look and consider the Services they offered.Verizon having a largest network.

Well yea its good!! LOL

But my mother has it.. She let me borrow it. And It was a peice of Sh*t. But I was still gratefull.
