This kid 2 grades under me calls me a no-cock. I tell and I don't know if my school did a ****. Anyways that kid says he's sorry (sincerely?) and he was only joking (was he?). A month later, his friends and possibly him coughed no cock. I tell on the guy again but im still not sure if theyr dealt harshly. Can I get an attorney on my school? I really want to get a gun and shootout his friends, the bully, and their parents now. What should I do. Plz answer all questions within the question.

Of course you can get an attorney, but that will cost money. My advice would first be to write down every occurance, send the school a typed letter stating every occurance so far. When it happens again, send them another letter with the new occurance plus the old ones and say it hasn't stopped yet. If you would take the school to court, the big question will be whether these things were single events- and the school addressed them as single events, or whether they were continual events- which would be sexual harrassment, and the school failed to address them as such. Sending the school repeated letters when each event happens proves to them that you see this as continuing events, and with each one you are building a stronger case... they'll be more serious then.

First, you have a right to be treated fairly and properly in school. You need to notify your teacher, the principal, and the school administration if necessary. I don't know what grade you are in, but letting the school guidance councilor know how you feel, and how these students are treating you is important. You need to let others know appropriately that you are hurt and angry, and you expect something done about it. Using a gun is not appropriate. Many schools have a certain protocol (set responses) for bullying, and legally have to take them seriously.

Your anger is understandable, but taking a gun and shooting them isn't going to do anything but get YOU into trouble. It might feel good for 30 seconds, but the consequences of that action will stay with you forever. Be a friend to yourself, and don't put yourself into a situation that will cause more harm than good.

Tell your Parents to make an appearance to the school office.

IN MY OPINION YOU SHOULD NOT GET AN ATTORNEY, UNLESS THESE THINGS EXTREMELY PROGRESS.DO NOT GET A GUN IT WILL ONLY SHOW THEM THEY HAVE WON BY GETTING TO YOU.ASK FOR PROFESSIONAL HELP FROM SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST AND TAKE IT FROM THERE.
