I would say Roseanne because she would probably laugh all the way, whereas Star Jones would just complain about having to run the race in the first place!

It would be a tie because Star Jones would definitely have to make a snack stop every once in a while or something and Roseanne would just be making a stop to tell jokes, I guess.
