try taking note or chewing gum...maybe bring some coffee with you..taking notes would be best though...works for me!

You may want to do small, subtle exercises while your sitting so that it gets your heart rate up, such as clenching your fists repeatedly, tightening your stomach muscles repeatedly, or clenching your bum muscles. Not only will you raise your heart rate to keep you awake and give you more energy, but you'll also burn calories and develop your muscles. Here's another idea: you can try something as simple as chewing gum. This could also help. Hope those suggestions help!!

Eat a candy bar before the class, this will give you a sugar rush and energy to get through the last hour. Then go home and eat a healthy dinner!

I have the same problem as you. What I do is try to not think about class or school. So usually, I don't pay full attention during the last hour class. I just copy the notes. I hope that helps you.

I dont know if you eat breakfast..or drink energy drinks in the morning..but what works for me is a Nutrigrain Bar and a can of Rockstar..keeps me up throughout class.

take multi vitamins daily mega woman is great with iron. drink water water water! if u really need to stay up for that last hour try coffee or red bull.
