Nothing is wrong with them but getting romantically involved is something else. I couldn't deal with him putting his friends first, always disappearing and the only scope in his world being what he is going to do today and who insulted him. When the novelty fades, I knew he wasn't someone who would be my eventual husband.

Why are you answering your own question? Not all gangs are alike. Some run pretty large criminal enterprises and hurt and kill people. Some just hang out. The ones who commit crimes are a problem.
