Never-released TV pilots for Power Pack (1991) and Justice League (1997) on DVD?

The JLA one can be found on ebay occasionally for more than I'm willing to pay. The Power Pack episode I can't find. VHS would also be acceptable. Looking for a reasonable price.

Trust me, you don't want the JLA one... Oh god, my brain still hurts from watching it!!!

I would suggest comic book conventions, if any come to your area. Should be available for $15 to $20

You should be able to find the JLA pilot for between $20-$35 @ comic conventions. I have not heard of the Power Pack pilot before you posted your question.
