No, most any blank CD will do.

Try this site to download " Photo CD Burner ". It is easy to use & has a trial download. If you like it the full version looks pretty affordable.

You need a CD Burner.

Here's a quick tutorial which can help you determine if you have a CD Burner.

If you don't have a CD burner, you can get an external CD Burner installed in your PC. You can have a professional do this for you, it shouldn't cost more than 50-60$, with labor. Plus, if you have a professional install your device, you know it will work and save yourself the headaches and time of coming back here to ask "How do I install this thing??"

Good luck!

It doesn't matter if it's a CD-R or a music disc. The so-called "music discs" are usually designed to be more compatible with older CD players, such as the ones in some cars built during the 90s. Either disc will be fine for pictures.

You need a CD-R, which can be bought at any store like Walmart or even a pharmacy. And you need a CD-R drive (check to see if your CD-ROM has the words "Compact Disc Recordable" etched on it).

A cd-r and a cd writer should work.If you have a digital camera, check the software that came with it. There may be some software that does exactly what you want to do.
