It's a classic. I would suggest you just rent it. It's an old black and white but lovely none the less. bare bones - a guy decides his family would be better off if he was dead. He goes to a bridge, meets an angel - poof angel says okay here is your wish. He goes back to town no one knows him, family, friends etc. Discovers "it is a wonderful Life" You really should rent it though

Well the obvious thing would be for you to see the movie because it is a wonderful Christmas classic and it's shown many times on TV each year.
It's about a man who is trying to commit suicide and an angel that saves him. Really a heartwarming story.

Good grief, watch the movie (you'll enjoy it) and write your book report. You kids need to do something on your own and find out how good it feels. I have better things to do with my time than write book reports for you.

The movie is about a guy who wishes he had never been born. An "angel" comes and shows him what it would have been like if he had never been born.
