Please keep in mind before responding that I am asking for assistance while I wait for my test results, which I will receive this Friday, I have already seen the doctor, so please no suggestions to go see a doctor.
Up until the last few months I have been, for the most part, healthy, I eat a balanced diet (90% of the time) and was excersizing until these symptons began.
I have a terrible pain in the area located center, below my rib cage, I am experiencing swelling in my abdonimal area. The pain is not sharp or anything, it's nagging (always there).......on occasion I also have accompayning pain in my lower abdomen. My preg test came back negative. I am also losing hair (brush full a day), and my joints are all sore (knees, shoulders and lower back especially). My doctor wouldn't give me any feedback until he receives the results back........I'm freaking out and don't think I can wait for suggestions until Friday. Anyone with a similiar experience please help, what is happening

I am not losing hair in clumps, and have not noticed any obvious bald spots, but it's to the point where I have to vacuum everytime I blowdry my hair, and I have to clean my full brush at least twice a day. I am not experiencing any weight gain or loss. I am never hungry and have to be reminded to eat, when I do it's like I can feel the food digesting and I feel sick for at least 1 hour after I eat. Thank you for the informative answers thus far.

There are so many different things that could be causing your symptoms. I had virtually the same symptoms when I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, though most people with Crohn's have other problems like diarrhea, weight loss, etc.

Whatever it ends up being, your body will be better able to deal with it if you keep calm and do your best to be informed and pro-active. Get as much information as you can from the doctor, find out where else to look, who else to talk to. Hopefully it's something with a nice simple remedy. Good luck!

Sounds like some type of poisoning. Have the Dr. check for Arsenic poison. Just watched a program last night on a lady that had all those systems including hair falling out in clumps. She Nearly died but she survived and learned a lot from it...

Good Luck

Your symptoms could be a range of many things, so I'm not going to "guess"...

I am a mom of 2 teens...my son has had abdominal pain for 2 years before we got a diagnosis...

If your Dr doesn't "find anything wrong" please don't give up. I would suggest going to Mayo Clinic. After 2 long years of watching my son having abdominal pain, and being told "it's all in your head" having unneccessary surgery with no relief, we finally went to Mayo Clinic. They told us within 1 hour what he had. We didn't have to "wait a week" for any results. Their test results were within 1 day, if not within a few hours.

don't panic

i have had ibs(irritable bowel syndrome) practically my whole life, and one thing i know about it is that the symptoms are endless! sometimes i have joint pain accompanied by severe constipation, which not to get to graphic, is only relieved after i can go to the bathroom. after u eat do u get bloated? are u actually seeing areas on ur head that are starting to bald, or are u just losing alot of hair? i can run my fingers through my hair and get scared at how much comes out. i dont know what to tell u- the symptoms u have could anything. good luck! i'll keep u in my prayers.

I might lean on midcycle agony, till you would get extra historical past knowledge. You must know the way historic the feminine is, whilst her final menstrual was once, nutrition from the final 24-forty eight hours, and simply to be secure, you will have to ask whilst the final time she used the toilet. She could also be constipated in any case.
