Why did the media try to get the Marine in trouble for writing and singing the song "Hodji Girl'? What happened to free speech? How long would it take if there were video's of American snipers putting holes in terrorist on TV for the ACLU and all the peace loving people to try to have it taken off and sue the people who made the videos?

CNN seems to a ratings whore so they put that stuff on to attract the purient interested folks who get off on gore. You know, the ones who will slow down to a crawl at an accident scene trying to get a view of the blood. You usually see them in supermarket lines with a National Enquirer tucked under their arm.

Very simple, The sniper shooting makes the war look bad so they will show that.
Here is a question, why will CNN show video of American soliders being shot by snipers, but not show video of 9/11?

I haven't seen the video of the Marine but if it's a song mocking the very people we are supposedly there to help, it would be out of line and undermine our credibility there.

I am a veteran, and didn't like it a bit.
I like it a lot less, however, that our soldiers are still over there with NO benefit to us or the Iraqis. Thousands of soldiers have died, and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis, and they were better off under Saddam, to our great shame.
Bush One had enough sense to leave him in power, and now we see why. Sonny's government by impulse and tantrum is not working out for anyone.
We can never again allow someone as ignorant as Bush to become President. He wasn't elected. If it happens again, it must be stopped. Period.
We are seeing the results of the conservative conspiracy The Project for the New American Century, and all involved are anti-democratic traitors.
