You take a pencil,
and shove it up your bumhole.
Then, you squeeze your butt cheeks together, and place the paper gently under the pencil.
You have to then, move your bum in circular motions to create the illusion of shapes.
Be careful, though,
this is also the traditional mating ritual of the sloth.
If you are in the rainforest, I do not encourage you do perform this.
The sloths WILL run at you with barbeque skewers,
and stick them in your eyesockets until you pass out.
When you've passed out,
they will rape you.
You will then have half-sloth, half human babies,
who will get destroyed everyday at school for their deformed heads, and chronically bad smell.
If you want to avoid this tragic mishap,
DO NOT
AND I REPEAT,
DO NOT
DRAW A CAT!

The best way is drawing from a photo.
Thats normaly what I'm doing if I get this kind of commissions.
Its important to get as much details as possible in your drawing.
After the first set up
Begin with the eyes
Than nose and mouth and then start with all the hairs
I did made diffrent drawings from lions till house cats and maybe its interesting for you if you see how I made them.
I placed under "WIP 8" the set-up of the lion and under
"drawings cats&dogs" you see how I make these cat drawings.
Good luck with your drawing.

Cats often move, making it difficult. If you have a digital camera, I suggest a few photographs, then work from them. Draw a cat like you would draw anything. Observe carefully and take your time. Be careful of the slant of the eyes. Note too that the nose is an inverted triangle, and right under the nose, the mouth forms an inverted and slightly flattened "Y."
